An unsustainable burden: Georgian refugees from South Ossetia and Upper Abkhazia

She gets a benefit from the Georgian government of 22 lari per month, around 11 euro. The Georgian refugees were obliged to accept a radical change in their life-style, leaving behind them not only their material possessions but also something even more important: what had given a meaning to their existence.
