Add to Lightbox DownloadIMG_004 GEORGIA. Tbilisi. 2009. An elderly georgian refugees coming from Abkhazia during the first wave of refugees (1992-1993 war with the breakaway republic of Abkhazia), in a collective center. The lack of better perspectives for their future has left them bewildered and discouraged. Tackling these problems the Government of Tbilisi had created two organizations: the Ministry of Refugees and in the 1995 the Government of Abkhazia in exile, now after 14 years bolstering them, resources are running out.
