He works in the countryside collecting fruits and vegetables, his wife cleans and tidies up private houses. Caritas signed an agreement with local Policlinic to care people without health coverage. They have got water supply in the summer only, in the winter they are forced to go to Caritas. Their children tend to attend Caritas center and go to school. Novosibirsk, capital of Asiatic Russia, has a population of two million people. According to official statistic 18% of the population live in extreme poverty. Some children need psicological support to deal with family problems such as poverty and alcohol.
