An unsustainable burden: Georgian refugees from South Ossetia and Upper Abkhazia

A group of georgian refugees in front of the World Food Program’s office. 167 georgian families stay in this new settlement, they moved in from the South Ossetia.They have a per capita income of only 22 per month, about 11 euro, which is below the minimum poverty level.
