An unsustainable burden: Georgian refugees from South Ossetia and Upper Abkhazia

The refugees fled from the South Ossetia and Upper Abkhazia have a medical insurance that covers the costs for the admissions to hospitals.
These disable persons get a benefit of 100 lari per month, about 50 euro from Georgian government.
